I would like to shared the tutorial for configure Microsoft Outlook 2010.

This brief walk-through will show you how to setup/configure your Seanet account in Microsoft Outlook 2010.

1. Open Outlook then click on the File menu. Once in the menu.
2. If you’re adding a new account, click on Info then “Add Account”.

3. If you are configuring an existing account click on “Account Settings” then “Account Settings…”.

4. If you are creating a new account, select “Manually configure server settings or additional server types” then click “Next”.

5. If you are configuring an existing account, click “Change” then skip to step 4.

6. Select “Internet E-mail” then click “Next”.

7. Fill out your information then click the “More Settings” button. Your name is the name others see when you email them. E-mail address is your Seanet email address. Account type is POP3. Incoming mail server is pop.seanet.com. Outgoing mail server is mx.seanet.com. User name is your Seanet e-mail address. Password is the password associated with your Seanet email address.

8. Click on the “Outgoing Server” tab.

9. Check the box “My outgoing server requires authentication” leave the “Use same settings as my incoming mail server” radio button selected, then click the “Advanced” tab.

10. Incoming server port should be 110. Outgoing server port should be 587. Then click the “OK” button and skip to step 9.

Note: If you intend on using your Seanet email account on multiple devices or machines, follow the next step before clicking “OK”.

11. Check the box that says “Leave a copy of messages on the server”, then check the box that says “Remove from the server after 14 days”. After checking the boxes click the “OK” button.

12. Uncheck the “Test Account Settings by clicking the Next button” box then click the “Next” button.

13. Click the “Finish” button.

You should now be able to send and receive email using your Seanet account with Outlook 2010.
